BT customer service shambles

bt has a history but in this modern area it is one of the worst for customer service. you order the set up it takes nearly three weeks to set up a phone line and broadband. i mean what takes it so long most connections are in place but they are so inefficient. their call center staff dont deal with conplaints properly are rude and by most accounts very stupid. these people have no customer service skills at all.

been unemployed

too many people unemploed people are lazy people living of the state. it is not untill they become unemployed do they understand. i have been unemployed for four monts and have found it difficult. i apply on average to fifty jobs a week and so far have had only six interviews . i try hard but get anwsers like you need more experience or other people closley matched our experienced. i have worked before and am now lookin to volunteer to boast my cv. but when i go into bussiness and interact with their staff its sometimes unbelievable they got jobs, some can hardly speak english properly and dont get me started on overseas call centres. some dont even know the products they are selling, some are extremly slow and others completley rude. unlike some others i dont lie on my cv maybe thats the reason if i use to lie abot whats ive done on my cv i would get somewhere but thats not me.
things the government could do to help is give rewards for companys to take on employyees, give its uk citzens a fair chance to complete against migrant workers, not all migrants are hard workers .
but until next time i will keep hard at it to get a job

have you ever notice the service you get from companys when you buy their products, there so helful when you first sign up but as soon as you have a problem and contact them about it. you talk to a rude operator that tries to rush you or say they will deal with it sometimes even shouting. yet if it was not for us than these people would not even have a job the a few days later it still not sorted they do not care about us they only want our money. if eyerone refused to use their serivce they will have to change or go under i will not care i want to be valued not treated like just a number.
